Tailor Made 5 Week Nutritional / Diet Plans

Once you sign up you will be sent out an email asking you for further information which will help me understand what you are after exactly. The foods involved will be foods your whole family can enjoy too so there is no need to make separate meals.
If there are any foods you do not like they will not be on the plan so don’t worry, this plan will be made to suit you. Plans cost £20 (one off payment) and people are losing 2-6lbs (1 to 3 Kg’s) per week on these plans. This plan is NOT a quick fix but a new way of life meaning the weight you lose will stay off if you stick to the plan.
For the first 5 weeks you will receive direct support from me via fb, mobile or email and after that if you chose to continue with the plan at no extra cost, then you can gather support, super tips and view others fab results from my exclusive group only available to those who purchase a plan. Recently I have upgraded the nutritional plans which now include a 5 minute tabata workout that targets your chosen areas, this workout is far better than a 1 hour jog. Also to aid with weight loss you will receive a 2 day max smoothie day diet, but this is optional so its your choice if you wish to take part in this smoothie day diet or not.
